Description

This auction is for 3 healthy Siamese Algae Eaters (Crossocheilus Siamensis), measuring 2 inches. This is the absolute best algae eater in the hobby. It is the only species of algae eater that is capable of eating black beard algae (BBA) which no pleco, oto, snail, or shrimp will dare touch! It is a social fish that likes to swim in a school of 3 or more companions. Beware of other so-called algae eaters that don't actually eat algae. Beware of look-alikes like the flying fox which is quite aggressive and needs to be kept alone. This algae eater is the real deal!

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEED. USPS Priority mail shipping is $12 which will include styrofoam insulation, heat pack(s), and breather bags. The digestive system of the fish will be cleared on Sunday and Monday to keep their shipping water clean, in preparation for Tuesday shipment. Payment must be made within 24 hours of auction close. If no payment is received within 24 hours of auction close, the items will be put back up for sale and a breach of sale will be reported to Aquabid. In the rare event of fish death, please send clear photo of dead fish inside unopened bag within 1 hour of first delivery attempt.

The temperatures next week are exceptionally cold in some cities across the USA. I will be ready to ship by Tuesday February 17, but if the winning bidder prefers to delay shipment due to extreme weather conditions, I will work with the winning bidder to ensure the safety of the fish.
