Description

Up for auction is a very nice young bonded pair of kribensis. The pair of fish pictured are the fish you will receive. Note the fry at the bottom of the photo. This pair of fish spawn regularly for me. They are fantastic parents. I leave the fry with the parents and the parents will tend to them until the fry are nearly a 1/4". After that the pair will resume spawning behavior. So I usually move the parents to another tank or move the fry to a grow-out tank at that time. The pair will also spawn in a community tank setting but fry mortality is high. The fry are easily raised on powdered flake food so live baby brine is not required to have success with them. I keep them in hard Lake Erie tap water at about 78 degrees. Shipping is $16.00 non-refundable on top of the winning bid. The fish will be shipped in an insulated box with appropriate heat pack(s). This auction will close Sunday, 3/13 and ship Tuesday, 3/15. Payment is due at the close of the auction via Paypal only.
