Description

Price is for a group of six unsexed F1 Steatocranus irvinei. The size of the fish varies greatly; the largest fish are 3 in size. Some of my previous buyers already reported that their irvinei spawned. The picture shows the male peeking out of his hiding spot and some of the wrigglers when they were about 1 week old. I sold numerous groups of irvinei over the past several weeks, and this is one of the last batches I will have available. PayPal (jzempleni2@unl.edu) is the preferred method of payment but I will also consider other forms of payment. The fish will be double-bagged (including pieces of polyfilter) and will be shipped in a Styrofoam box. No charge for box, bags, and polyfilter. I reserve the right to delay shipping if the weather forecast is unfavorable. Shipping is $20 flat rate for USPS Priority (2nd day) without live arrival guarantee and without tracking number. I can also ship fish by Fedex, UPS, or USPS Express for actual cost of shipping. I guarantee live arrival (value of fish minus cost of shipping) for any overnight shipping method. Fish will be shipped from Zip 68516, in case you want to estimate shipping expenses. Buyer must be home to receive the fish in order to claim a refund for death fish. A picture of the dead fish in the unopened bag must be emailed within two hours of receipt of the fish. Payment must be received within seven days of close of auction, otherwise the transaction is void and the fish will be re-listed.
