Description

You are buying 5 + 1 Free of the Neolamprologus multifasciatus, these fish are young and unsexed but out of 6 chances are you should get males and females. These fish are around 1" TL and are doing very well. The winner of the auction will have the option to buy additional fish at the same price per fish as the winning auction. We prefer to ship overnight via USPS or FedEx. We only offer Live Arrival Guarantee if the fish arrive in 1 day on time and someone is there to accept delivery on the first attempt. If using USPS (Post Office) you can opt to use the "Hold For Pick-up" option and you can pick up your package at the post office, this saves the fish from riding around all day in the mail truck. If you are using "Hold For Pick-up" option then you must pick up the fish within 3 hours at the post office for the guarantee to be valid. In the event of a DOA fish you must email us a picture of the dead fish in our unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery. Once the bag is opened the guarantee is void. When free fish are included we do not guarantee the free fish. If you live close enough to our hatchery we can ship USPS Priority or FedEx Ground and your fish will reach you in 1 day. We can also ship USPS Priority with 2-3 day delivery but we do not offer Live Arrival Guarantee beyond 1 day. We pack all of our fish in double or triple bags with oxygen as needed. WE provide styro lined boxes and heat packs (when needed) at no additional cost to you. You can email us at: fatfish@neo.rr.com with your zip code to get a shipping quote or with any other questions ---- BEFORE YOU BID. Payment should be made no later than 4-5 days after the close of the sale. Payment can be made by Paypal or credit card, if paying by credit card there will be an additional 4% fee which is calculated on the total cost (fish + shipping). You can combine auctions or buy additional fish to defray the cost of shipping. We like to ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, once we receive payment we will set up a shipping day. We fast your fish for 3 days prior to shipping to cut down on waste in the shipping bag. Generally if you pay by Thursday or Friday we can ship the first of the following week. All of the fish we sell are raised in our Family Run Fish Hatchery
