Description

Up for sale is a group (5 + 1 Free) of Telmatochromis brichardi sized at 1 1/2" TL. This is an unusual fish that you don't see very often and would be a nice addition to any collection. Add a few large shells or some caves and these fish will feel right at home. We prefer to ship overnight via USPS or FedEx and we offer an arrive alive guarantee on all overnight shipments as long as they get there on time and there is someone at home to accept them on the first delivery attempt. If using USPS (post office) then you can opt to use the "Hold For Pick-up" option and you can pick-up your package at the post office, this saves the fish from riding around all day in the mail truck. If you are using the Hold For Pick-up option you must pick up your fish at the post office within 3 hours of when they are available for the guarantee to be valid. In the event of a DOA fish you must email us a picture of the dead fish in our unopened shipping bag within 2 hours of delivery. Once the bag has been opened the guarantee is over. We do not guarantee free fish and we do not give credit any portion of the shipping charges. The value of any DOA fish will be given in credit towards your next purchase, we DO NOT refund any Paypal or credit card amounts. If you live close enough to our hatchery we can ship USPS Priority or FedEx Ground and it will still get to you in 1 day. We can also ship USPS Priority with a 2-3 day delivery but we do not guarantee past 1 day. While 2-3 day deliveries are not guaranteed we ship this way often with no losses. We pack all of our fish in double or triple layer bags with oxygen for safe travels. We provide styro lined boxes and heat packs at no additional cost to you. You can email us at fatfish@neo.rr.com with your zip code for a shipping quote or with any other questions you may have --- PLEASE DO THIS BEFORE YOU BID. Payment can be made by Paypal or credit card and should be made no later than 4-5 days after the close of the auction. If paying by credit card there will be an additional fee that is 4% of the total (fish + shipping) amount of the sale added to the final total. Remember you can combine our other auctions or buy additional fish to help defray the cost of shipping. We ship on Mondays or Tuesdays and once we receive your payment we will set up a shipping day. We fast your fish for 3 days to cut down on the fish waste in the shipping bags. Generally if you pay by Thursday or Friday we will ship the first of the following week. All of the fish we sell are bred and raised in our Family Run Fish Hatchery.
