Shipping is based on destination and weight of box. (Email me your zip code for shipping quotes.) You may choose either Standard or Express.
Buyer pays actual shipping cost. If necessary I will use heat packs and I will insulate the fish in the box.
Guarantee live arrival with STORE CREDIT. If your fish is DOA you will get it back in store credit; meaning you may still use the money you paid for the fish to buy something else I have.
IF you chose STANDARD shipping, you will have to pay for shipping again. IF you chose EXPRESS, I will pay for standard shipping. (You may, however, upgrade to express by paying the difference.)
Also, if your fish is DOA, I need a clear picture of the fish still in the bag within 2 hours of arrival.
You will recieve a tracking number and I will also keep tabs on the package.
I will not be shipping during extreme conditions. (i.e. Extreme cold, storm conditions, etc.)
Overnight recommended during winter months.
