This auction is for a (group of 5) --- 1" inch or better Astatotilapia burtoni African Cichlids from Lake Tanganyika Risk Live Arrival Guarantee!! I guarantee live arrival on my shipping. Usually takes two to three days. I will also provide you with a tracking number so you will know when it should arrive and I will track it as well. If there is a problem with the fish, when they arrive, contact me THAT DAY within a few hours of delivery! In all cases I require pictures of dead fish, still in unopened bags, for my guarantee to apply. I think that is fair to both of us. I haven't had any problems, but if for some reason there is? I will do my best to take care of it as quickly as possible. My shipping cost will not be refunded. But in the event of DOA I will resend the fish to you at no cost to you I will cover the shipping and replace the fish. That means no Risk, to you. That means you should get what you paid for. That's how sure I am of what I do. I will also INCLUDE at No Cost to you a 72 hour heat pack or cool pack if needed, also Bag buddies fish Tablets, to assure a safe arrival.
