Julidochromis ornatus Albino regular

These cichlids are tank raised indoors by a proffessional breeder.  Most of the fish are first generation from wild collected parents (f1).   TANGANYIKA CICHLIDS SOLD ON THIS SITE ARE GENERALLY 1 TO 2 INCHES.  ALL OF THESE FISH ARE SOLD AS UNSEXED JUVENILES. DIFFERENT SIZES WILL BE DESIGNATED IN THE SIZE CHART BELOW.  GENDER CHOICE WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SELECTED MEDIUM AND LARGE FISH ONLY. If you are stocking a new tank or a tank with Tanganyika cichlids under 2.5 inches, you should be safe with small , and regular sizes.  If you are stocking a tank that has existing cichlids that are over 3 inches you should only choose regular, or medium sizes.  We will send the largest fish we have in the size category your purchased. No credits or refunds on undersized fishFor aquarists with space constraints, "Julies" are an answer. They can easily be kept in 15 to 20 gallon tanks as single pairs or in larger communities. Parental care is highly evolved, and multiple spawns will often be raised together. This is one of the few albino varieties we raise here. It came from a breeder in Florida and has maintained vigor and great color through one out-cross to wild stock.
