The fish will be bagged individually, then double bagged. They will be shipped with pure oxygen and bag buddies in an insulated box with heat packs. They will be shipped free of charge USPS Priority Mail, you can upgrade to USPS Express Mail � one to two day guarantee, e-mail your zip code for the cost of the upgrade. We ship on Mondays only. We guarantee all fish. In the unfortunate situation where you have a DOA, you must take a picture of the fish in an unopened bag and send it to us within 3 hours of delivery.
