We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only! We offer free shipping with normal first class or flat rate shipping however if you want your purchase expedited over night then the buyer pays the shipping. Although we do our best to minimize any loss on rare occasions when there is DOA we must be contacted via email within 2 hours of 1st delivery attempt with pictures of DOA in unopened bag and a second picture of the dead fish next to the open bag. In this case a credit will be applied, shipping costs are not credited. Once the fish bags are opened and exposed to your water your order is your responsibility. We are not responsible for your tank conditions or acclimation of your order.
