In the event of DOA shipment during the specified delivery time frame we require you to Email us 1-2 clear picture(s) of the Fish in the unopened shipping bag within 1 hour of the delivery. We will than issue a credit on your next order for the purchase price of the Fish, excluding the shipping costs on a future purchase.
