Payment and Shipping Information Payment Options: Paypal : Shup2@mac.com - All payments must be made by Monday evening for shipment of that week. Shipping: All Live deliveries will be double bagged in Kordon breather bags (unless noted) and packed in a medium flat rate box with styro insulation. Shipments are on Monday and Tuesday only so fish arrive alive and prior to the weekend, price also includes delivery confirmation and number will be forwarded after shipping. IF you need special shipping, next day delivery, later ship date or anything special please contact us � This may effect shipping cost. DOA: On all live shipments DOA claim must be within 2 hours of delivery confirmation, a clear photo of un-opened package and a clear photo of DOA cut in half is required. All re-shipments will require payment of new shipping charges, these are not covered in DOA policy.
