I WANT TO MAKE SURE MY FISH ARE HEALTHY ENOUGH AND HAVE BEEN DEWORMED AND DEBUGGED BEFORE I SEND THEM TO YOU. THESE FISH COME FROM OVERSEAS AND HAVE BEEN IN A BAG FOR 35-40 HOURS THEY NEED QUARANTINE AND TIME TO REST BEFORE JUST SHIPPING OUT, WHICH CAN ADD ANOTHER WEEK OR SO BEFORE WE SHIP THE FISH OUT TO YOU. WE WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT WE ARE DOING WHAT IS BEST FOR THE FISH, BUT IF AFTER 15 DAYS YOU DO NOT WISH TO WAIT ANY LONGER, WE WILL REFUND YOU 100% FOR THE FISH AND SHIPPING. THE FISH BUSINESS IS NOT JUST A BUSINESS TO US BUT A HOBBY AND, LIKE YOU, WE DO NOT WANT DEAD OR SICK FISH. I KNOW YOU FOUND THE FISH YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR FROM US BUT YOU MUST ASK YOURSELF IF WAITING A LITTLE LONGER FOR HEALTHY FISH IS BETTER THEN GETTING UNHEALTHY OR DEAD FISH BY SHIPPING TOO FAST. Rest assured, if the fish haven't came in after 15 days and you do not wish to wait any longer, you will get a full refund. I HOPE YOU WILL READ OUR POLICY AND CHOOSE US FOR YOUR FISHES NEEDS. POLICY: Live Arrival Guaranteed on all same day, overnight, and 2-3 day shipments (unless otherwise stated) as long as they are delivered within the specified time frame. If your package is late, you must claim losses with the carrier. DOA claims will be credited to you on the next order. NO REFUNDS. Shipping charges are NOT covered by the DOA Policy. Any fish D.O.A. (dead on arrival) must be reported to Affordable Pet Solutions within 2 hours of arrival. If your purchase does not arrive alive, whether the loss is caused by our fault or carrier�s mishandling, we will replace it free (excluding packaging and shipping), provided you sign for the delivery on time, and the following procedure is followed: **You must take immediate action of your order upon its arrival. Take a picture of the specimen, dry the specimen and temporarily store it in the freezer. Photo is required. **If no one answers when you call, leave a message or send us an e-mail to establish the time of death and then call us during business hours for your authorization. Never dispose of or return a fish without authorization. If we ask you to return the specimen, you must put the dried specimen in a plastic bag without water, add some salt to the bag, seal the bag and return it by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of receiving the authorization. Guarantee applies to original shipment only, not replacement items. Shipping and box charges are not included in this guarantee. In other words, the shipping charge will not be refunded under any circumstances. Our guarantee covers live arrival only. We disclaim any responsibility once the fish is introduced into your tank or container. To greatly reduce the risk of your existing fish and/or the newly purchased fish becoming ill, we recommend that you quarantine the newly purchased fish for a few days prior to introducing them into your aquarium. This ensures the new fishes� immune systems have recovered to full strength. **If weather is over 90 degrees F or under 34 degrees F in temperature, USPS and other shipping companies, including airlines, will not ship live animals. If, in our opinion, the weather is to an extreme Hot or Cold for us to safely ship live animals, we reserve the right to delay shipment until the conditions are safe in our opinion. * Note because many buyers overlook or do not read the entire listing: Orders that are in-stock take 3-5 Business Days to ship out due to processing, packaging, boxing, labeling and loading. If not in stock, product may take up to 15 days to reach you. If after 15 days the fish have still not came in, you may request a refund of your money and shipping. Sometimes fish take longer than expected to get in to us. There will be NO REFUNDS for special orders on fish, once we place the final order you may not cancel for any reason. *We reserve the right to refuse shipment to anyone. We also reserve the right to delay shipment if in our opinion the fish are not ready to ship. We do not treat fish as regular merchandise. We raise them and take good care of them.
