The live fish will be carefully shipped in a thick cardboard box.

The outside of this box will clearly display "live fish"

or "fragile" on all sides.

Heat packs & insulated boxes are NOT available at this

time, so please mind your weather.

LIVE FISH GUARANTEE POLICY:

✭ Applies to OVERNIGHT Express Mail Only

✭�Submit at least (2) CLEAR pictures of the deceased specimens in

UNOPENED original bag(s) within 30 MINUTES of the 1st delivery attempt.

✭�Proceed to open the shipping bags and provide at least (2) CLEAR

of the doa fish with the tail cut off within 45 minutes of 1st delivery attempt.
