Super Red Bristlenose Catfish pair
Agh! I should have done this 2 weeks ago! I�m downsizing since the family will be upsizing in about a month or so and I�ve got things that I just don�t want to have to keep up with, like bristle nose babies. I was going to put this pair up, but I got tired and lazy and didn�t get pics soon enough, so I finally decide to get them out and am gently tipping the cave to encourage the male to come out, but he stuck in there fast. Instead a bunch of NEW BABIES came pouring out. Note to self, don�t put things together that you don�t want to breed :( Guess I�m not quite done with raising fry, but I AM DONE with this pair. I hope with enough water changes and food I can get these new babies up to salable size before I�m overwhelmed with diapers and no sleep again! They�ve been fun and prolific :) as you can see if you look closely in the photos below. The new babies are out with their momma in the tub. I didn�t want to keep the cave out of water too much since there was probably more babies in it, so you can kinda see him in there. Not the greatest pic, but the best I can do right now and I gotta get rid of them before they breed again!!!
