Hello folks! Happy Friday! This offering is for 3 L-333 tank raised Hypancistrus that look just like the Pleco's yo can see below. These fish are doing GREAT and I want to ship them out NOW before it gets any colder out. If you have never kept any Hypancistrus before here's what you need to know. Unlike Bristlenose Plecos or common Plecostomus all the Hypancistrus species like WARM water and MEATY foods. The 3 fish I will be sending you have ZERO interest in eating algae but if you fed them a diet made for Discus Fish they would LOVE it. That's why you should always research the diets of Plecos so you actually know what you outta be feeding them. These fish are also called King Tiger Plecos and Yellow King Tiger Plecos too. The fish I have were captive bred and are doing SUPER. They are between about 2 1/2- 3 inches long and I would guess they are a little over a year old. They are aggressively eating my Mix#2 along with frozen Brine Shrimp, Bloodworms and also Frozen Mysis Shrimp along with Earthworm Sticks. I recommend you keep them at at least 82 degress although 84 is even better. These work out GREAT when kept with Rams, Discus, or any other fish that tend to like it on the WARM side. They also get about 6 inches long at full grown so they stay manageable and don't end up outgrowing their tanks as they get bigger. Try some! They are NICE FISH and I know quite a few hobbyists that have got them breeding fairly regularly in the past.
