Payment:
Payment must be made within 48 hours of winning auction or 24 hours prior to shipping. I will only accept PayPal. Unpaid auctions will result in being reported and negative feedback left for buyer. Email for a quote or send correct amount via PayPal to plecosnmore@gmail.com.
Packaging:
Fish are double bagged. Boxes are insulated, cushioned with shredded newspaper which will also act as an absorbent. Heat/ice packs are included if needed.
Shipping:

I reserve the right to delay shipping if weather conditions are not acceptable. More specifically, I will not ship if there are plane delays or if the weather temperature is below freezing in either 45383 or the destination within a three business day forecast. �
I ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. No exceptions. Tracking number included. Shipping schedule is as follows unless otherwise noted in the auction. Shipping rates subject to change in compliance with the USPS or UPS.

Mis-handled packages, lost or delayed by the carrier will be the buyer's responsibility.
Deliveries to the US States ONLY. (If out of the Continental United States, Please email for a shipping quote otherwise the auction is void). If the buyers State Law prohibits the purchased fish, the live arrival and auction is void and no refunds or credit will be issued.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Live Guarantee on Next Day Deliveries ONLY. Live guarantee covers the live arrival of the fish only. Two pictures of dead fish in the unopened bag must be presented within the first hour after delivery. Fish replacement is valid with purchaser paying shipping fee (no exceptions). Credit on next purchase only. I can request a hold at the post office upon your request. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE NOR CREDITABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
