Description

Pleco Green Dragon Short Fin- 2 unsexed 2 inch fish. Bred and raised as part of the longfin Green Dragon line, A perfect community fish, they will eat algae all of their lives, but must be fed some type of vegetable to supplement other foods- spirulina tabs, blanched zucchini, green beans etc. Raised here on canned green beans and a high protein dry pellet food, they are also fed a variety of other dry foods for maximum growth and health. These are heterozygous for longfin, and will produce some longfin fry. Very peaceful community fish that can be kept together, reaching 4 - 5 inches in length. Fairly prolific, when bred they will produce from 30 to 150 eggs depending on age and size. Styrofoam box Shipment for a single order within the continental U.S. is $20 for 3-5 day Priority Mail and $40 for overnight Express Mail delivery.
