SHIPPING: We ship out all year long on Mondays,Tuesdays,Wednesday, and Saturdays you will receive a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping cost is a $0.00 priority or express shipping varies by location if intrested please send me your Zip code for pricing. FASTING THE FISH: We always fast fish for 2-3 days before shipping them out. No exceptions. We do it right the first time this way the fish are alive when they get to you. COMBINED SHIPPING: We combine shipping on all items that you purchase from us and you will only pay 1 cost for shipping. Email us after you win multiple auctions and we will combine your shipping costs and save you money! GUARANTEE: We GUARENTEE LIVE DELIVERY as long as you are there to pick up the fish and abide by our DOA policy. DOA POLICY: In the rare case of a DOA delivery you must follow certain rules. First of all you must be home to pick up your fish from your postal carrier and you have to email me within an hour of the fish being delivered with a CLEAR picture in original packaging. This is the only way we can guarantee that you are there to pick up the fish and that they don't sit out in the elements all day. Only the fish are guaranteed, Not postage costs. So if you need me to reship the fish a 2nd time you must pay me shipping cost of $9.00 and if you don't want to pay me I'll will reimburse for the dead fish.
