I ship on Monday-Wednesday & Saturday via Priority Mail in a Styrofoam-lined box with breather bags.�If weather is under 60 degrees in your area, I will need to charge an extra $2.00 for a 72 Hour Heatpack.�Should you receive fish DOA and wish for a replacement, just email me a digital picture of the dead fish in the unopened bag within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt.
