If there are any DOA, the following conditions must be met in order to receive a refund: I must receive a digital picture within 2 hours after delivery was made; the shipping bag must be unopened; delivery must be accepted on the first attempt - no refunds will be given if the shipping company makes more than one delivery attempt.
