You are bidding on six short finned L-144 plecos that are between 1 inch to 3 inchs in total length. These fish are also known as Ancistrus species 4 and also go by the common name of the blue eyed plecos. I have raised these fish in my tanks so they are pretty hardy and are not picky about pH or temperature as I keep them in a number of tanks with varying conditions. They are relatively rare in the aquarium trade and are smaller than your normal albino bristlenose plecos. The L-144 plecos are the smallest of the bristlenose pleco group, growing to no more than 3-5 inches in total length. These plecos will not eat your plants so you can have plecos in a nice planted tank! They do require wood to chomp on and digest and do like freshly boiled veggies such as sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, deshelled frozen peas, cantaloupe rinds and canned green beans just to name a few of the items they like. The L-144s prefer less meats in their diets as some other plecos and prefer a varied vegetable diet in addition to the more normal foods such as pleco wafers. These fish all have the long fin gene as they come from two long finned parents. Shipping Information Shipping is USPS Priority mail (2-3 day delivery) and is $15 with overnight service available at an additional cost and is usually around $25 (in total) but this amount will vary based upon your location. I ship these out on Mondays and Tuesdays in well insulated boxes. Payment Information I accept PayPal (non-credit card) and US Postal Money orders only. My Guarantee to You I do guarantee my fish so if any of the purchased fish arrive dead just let me know with a photo or video of the fish inside the bag that it was shipped in. I will either ship out another fish or provide you with a refund for the cost of the fish. I cannot refund shipping charges and do not guarantee the fish if the cause of the death lies with U.S. Post Office service. I cannot control what happens when they leave my hands and are under control of the US Post Office during shipping.
