Description

Hello folks!
Man, what an AWESOME melody this Country tune has to it, don't you agree? Expand your music libraries folks! Keep an open mind. There's a lot of classy stuff out there if you listen for it.
This auction is for 3 RARE plecos.
These are rare because you very seldom see L-90's with nice full bellies. The biggest reason I stopped importing L numbers was because I got sick of supporting all those losers who were collecting all those awesome fish and then holding them for weeks at a time without feeding them. It honestly is heart breaking to see some of the boxes of fish that sometimes show up from South America. Weak, starving fish that obviously were held for what looked like Months with no food.
These L-90's sure ain't like that. These fish get at least 16 inches long, the ones I have are a little over 4 inches and they are FAT and HAPPY.
These NEED wood in their diet.
If you don't keep a constant supply of wood for these fish to eat they will lose weight, stop eating completely and die. DON'T bid on them if you are not going to keep wood in their tanks. They also get along with each other fairly well for a Panaque and I actually used these for a very cool project I had going on but that project is over now and I am ready to sell them.
These fish are AGRESSIVELY feeding out in the open and I have them nice and tame so they will NOT hide on you all the time. Besides all the wood they eat they will eat Green beans, vegetable sticks and Lohachata's "Plecocaine" with gusto.
I would NOT recommend keeping these with meat eating plecos because I don't think these fish should eat a lot of meaty foods but they would be great in tanks with omnivores or even a large tank by themselves. Like I said, when I feed them they really get riled up and as they get larger I think they will be quite impressive even in a tank by themselves. I actually have these in a tank I am also breeding Apistogrammas in right now and they seem t be enjoying the high temperatures in this setup.
Win this auction and I will send you 3 of them.
I will do my best sexing them and definitely attempt to pick out both sexes for you. Besides having an L-Number assigned to them they also have been named.
These are called Panaque bathyphilus.
