In the unlikely event that your shrimp/fish arrive dead you must at least take one�digital photo of the dead animal still in the original, unopened bag and then you can open bag to count the DOA if�it's necessary.���Email those pictures to�sales@joesaqua.com�within�6 hours of delivery.��Once we have the clear photos, we will ask you to send you a replacement product or a refund�excluded the original shipping cost. • All pleco need to be starved at least 24 hrs before shipping.

• We ship our pleco with breather bags in whole piece styrofoam box.
