Description

Don't have many of these young adult black corys available. So get them while you can. This auction is for a group of six (6) black corydoras spawned and raised in my fishroom. At six weeks I sell them 6 for $100. These are young adults 5-6 months old, the size of fish in photo. They start breeding at about 7 months. One catfish website states that they are a black form of C. venezuelanus. The black form appears in a localized area in the Central Llanos of Venezuela, close to the Middle Orinoco. These tributaries are typically slow and very warm. The black form is only found in the Llanos in drainages of the Orinoco. Cories are shoaling fish and do better in a group. They are a deep brownish/black with an orange tint on fins. Since they are larger fish and since I individually bag them in larger bags shipping will be $24 for priority mail (no live arrival guarantee) or $50 for express mail (standard live arrival fish replacement guarantee).
