Description

Orange laser cories are one of the most sought-after cories in the hobby! They are a translucent orange color with a bright neon "laser" stripe going under the dorsal fin along their back. They are very active, always rooting around the substrate with their mouth just under the surface of the sand, I can't stop watching them! They are believed to be a color mutation of Aeneus. Adult size can reach up to 3 inches long. Excellent bottom feeders - they munch on just about anything I toss at them! They prefer softer, acidic water with warmer temperatures in the high 70's or lower 80's.

THIS AUCTION IS FOR ONE FISH. But there are several more available at this price.

Shipping will be either airport-to-airport or Priority Mail (your choice). Express and Overnight costs about the same as airport-to-airport, so we do NOT use those options. Shipping fish via airline keeps the transport time down to just a few hours, instead of days, and packages are much less likely to be lost or mishandled. Packages are also kept indoors most of the time when shipping via airline, instead of the back of a truck exposed to the weather. We will include heat packs or cool packs as needed anyway, at no additional cost. Typical cost of shipping via airline is about $50 regardless of box size. You will also pay only the ACTUAL shipping cost, as packages are not shipped pre-paid. So please be prepared to pay for the shipping when you arrive at the airport to pick up your fish! Fish shipped via airline come with a live arrival guarantee, as long as they are picked up within one hour of arrival time.

Fish shipped via Priority Mail do NOT come with a guarantee. However, I have suffered VERY few losses when shipping via Priority Mail, and will include heat or cold packs as needed. Even though it does not come with a live guarantee, it is a cheaper alternative to the airline shipping for less-valuable fish.
