Up for auction is 3 or 4, Semi-adult S. Barbatus, whatever adults I have. This is one of the larger strains, growing to 3.5" or longer at full maturity. These are currently a bit over 2", and have spawned in my fish room. For health reason and age, I am no longer able to care for the fish as they deserve, so I've decided it's best to sell them for about what I paid to good homes. I guarantee live delivery using UPS, either Ground or 2nd Day, as long as someone accepts them during the first attempt to deliver. Pictures of any DOA with toothpicks through the fish will get the money back you paid for the fish. Fed Ex is too far away to get to to use for shipping my fish, and our USPS has lost far too many shipments of fish over the past few years for me to ever willingly entrust more fish to them. I will ship using USPS if you insist, but with no guarantee of any fish being alive when they arrive. The reason I'm not sure how many fish is two fold. #1, they are too large to keep too many in a small tank. #2, I don't disturb my fish in their tanks unless I'm catching them or their fry for a sale. So I haven't counted to make sure none have jumped out. There were four last I knew when I pulled their last clutch of eggs.
