Description

This auction is for 6 juvenile Duplicareus Corydoras of 1/2" to 3/4". Adults will grow to about 1.5" with a few females getting near 2". This strain is often mistaken for is close cousin, the Adolphi. You can be certain of which you have in two ways. By very carefully lifting the Duplicareus and inspecting it's ventral fins, you will find those fins are jagged compared to the smooth edge ventral of the Adolphi. And, not as certain, but almost, looking down on the two you'll see the Adolphi's black back is barely half as wide and as far down the sides of the fish as that of the Duplicareus. I use UPS Next Day or Overnight to ship my fish. USPS has lost far too many of my orders, causing my fish to die before being delivered. UPS has not failed to deliver live fish for me yet. Next Day is $30 or less, depending on the distance from my UPS store to yours, while Overnight can run over $100. I ship using a Styrofoam lined box. Heat packs are available if the forecast says one is needed. I ship the first Monday after I receive and cash your personal check, get your money order, or receiver your PayPal, as long as that's at least 4 days before the next Monday as the fish need to be prepped properly to be shipped safely. If PayPal is your choice to pay, a 6% fee will be added to the closing bid and shipping costs to cover the charges PayPal and AquaBid ask us to pay for using their services.
