That�s the Post Office Charge not mine! Live Arrival Delivery is guaranteed with Express Mail only. Express shipping only guarantees fish not postage. Live Guarantee to be in effect, fish must be received on 1st delivery attempt. Dead Fish, pic must be sent within 2 hours of 1st. delivery, in unopened container. Styrofoam lined box and (heat pack if necessary) with either shipping method. Fish are fasted 24 hrs before shipment, so allow plenty of time for delivery. Proper acclimation should be followed, when unpacking fish. We ship Fish only Monday & Tuesday ONLY, to allow for on time delivery.
