Description

Hello Folks.
I originally had some nice mellow James Taylor playing in this auction but it's not even 11 AM here in NY and I am already starting to doze off and that is not an option today. I need to get at least 25-30 auctions up before I take off for the holiday weekend and so far it's been slow going this week.
This is a nice little auction for some fairly rare Corydoras cat fish and a plant I think just about everyone should own.
Oh geez, I am baby sitting my niece Hannah this morning and she is trying to help me clean my apartment today and she just spilled bleach on my carpet. Well, that section is going to be nice and CLEAN forever! Lucky for her Uncle Pete is not anal about stuff like this and I told her not to worry about it cuz I have always wondered what my carpet would look like if it was pure white!
This auction is for 7 tank raised Corydoras melanotaenia and a couple stems of Giant hygro also called Hygrophila corymbosa.
All these Cory cats are about 1 inch long and they are doing awesome here in my fish room. They were all born right here in NY State and they are hobbyist raised. If possible I like to sell Corydoras catfish in groups of 7. They feel comfortable in a group, they will school in a group of 7, and 7 fish seems to be the universally accepted "best amount" of fish for breeding purposes.
The plant (Hygrophila corymbosa) I am going to send you is probably the BEST all around aquatic plant you will ever own. You simply can't kill Hygrophila corymbosa. You could probably take the stems I am going to send you and cut them up with a pair of scissors and toss some sections in a pot with dirt in it and just start watering that pot and grow this plant as an indoor house plant. You could also take a few sections of it and toss them in your outdoor garden and they would most likely grow there to. You could even toss a couple pieces of it in a 5 gallon bucket full of water with a snail or 2 and sit the pail outside on your picnic table and soon enough your bucket would look like the bucket below in the photo. And I am not even kidding about any of this crap.
When you get these stems they will have a couple lead weights attached to them. Just drop the stems in any of your tanks and then totally ignore them. Soon enough your tank will look pretty much like the tank below with those nice Black angels in it. (I am auctioning off those Angels this week too).
Sooooooo........... to sum up. Win this auction and I will send you 7 NICE 1 inch Corydoras melanotaenia, a couple stems of Hygrophila corymbosa that can't be killed, some lead weights attached to them, some HIGH QUALITY foods, AND some GOOD plant food even though you won't need it to grow Hygrophila corymbosa.
Hell that Hygrophila corymbosa would grow laying on your carpet as long as you kept it moist and Hannah didn't spill any bleach on it.
Shipping is FREE and I guarantee live arrival of ALL healthy Cory cats AND you will have this Hygrophila corymbosa the rest of your life!
