Twig Catfish Farlowella vittata

This fish is peaceful and not very active, it spends most of its time trying to look like a stick in the water to protect itself from potential predators. The Farlowella is sensitive to water quality, so they will do best in a well-established aquarium with frequent water changes. They will thrive in slightly acidic water with supplemental feedings of algae or blanched lettuce.
