If purchasing multiple fish, please let me send you an adjusted invoice reflecting a shipping discount, before you pay. Shipping is only to CONFIRMED addresses no exceptions. The fish must not be fed for 24-48 hours before shipping, so fish orders cannot be shipped the same day of auction ending. Fish will be double bagged with pure oxygen and shipped in a Styrofoam-lined box with heat pack if needed. Live Arrival Guarantee: Fish are guaranteed alive on delivery for the first 2 hours after first delivery attempt. In the unlikely event of DOA refund is only for fish if replacements are not available. Shipping will be at buyer�s expense. Free extras added to an order are not covered under live arrival guarantee. A clear photo of the DOA with tail cut off must be submitted immediately within 2 hours of delivery.
