Description

Up for auction is a 2" - 2.5" Brindled Madtom Catfish. This little guy is currently feeding off of tropical fish pellets and occasionally frozen bloodworms as a treat. He will eat a wide variety of foods such as tropical pellets, meal worms, carnivore pellets, and bloodworms. It was caught from the wild and has been aquarium kept for about 3 weeks in water temp around 70 degrees with no signs of illness.

Please contact me if you're interested in more than one fish. In most cases I have more than one on hand.

If you are unfamiliar with Madtoms they are very colorful catfishes of the Noturus genus with a little twist. They are absolutely tiny, a 5 inch madtom is a giant. As diminutive creatures they are very well suited for the home aquarium. If you could imagine the temperament of a bullhead in a tiny body you'd understand the madtoms. They are durable, colorful, fascinating, piggish little nocturnal beasts.

All fish are double bagged with 1/3 water and 2/3 pure oxygen and shipped in a 1.5" thick styrofoam cooler or a 1" styrofoam lined box.
I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays via FedEx ground shipping. Price usually varies between $8 and $19 depending on where you live. If you would like an exact shipping cost before bidding please provide me with a zip code and how many fish you might want.

I guarantee that your fish will arrive alive or you'll get a replacement fish. Digital picture of dead fish in original packaging within 2 hours of delivery on the day of arrival provides credit for the replacement of DOA fish with a replacement fish only.
