Description

Who Needs to Watch a Royal Wedding

With a Pair of Royal Farlowella Festivums Available!

AmazonMoosey is offering on auction

One Pair of Royal Farlowella Festivums.

You will get one male whiskered up and a female of comparable age. These were both in the grow out tank and this male was already fanning away, sitting on the eggs laid by one of the females.

If I knew the female for sure was his partner, this auction would say it's for a proven pair. I can't tell you that for sure though, as it was my grow out tank.

I can tell you this.

Just like Lohachata on the AquaBoard forums has shown, I can bet you are going to get some wonderful spawn from this pair!

Festivum Royal Farlowellas are a wonderful addition to any aquarium. I've grown out Royal Farlowellas with my Ken Kennedy Angelfish,

others with my loaches in my loach tank, L-260 tank, in my Cherry Shrimp tank and some in my different plecos tanks.

I've even had these Royal Farlowellas in my c.weitzmani tank. They don't bother a soul in any of the tanks.

It would be hard to find more peaceful fish than Royal Farlowella Festivums. Don't let their gentle nature fool you though! While gentle, they are active around the whole tank, with their strange swimming motion unlike other fish. If a snail or another fish comes around their spawn on the glass, that long tail just sweeps them out of the way.

Why are these a "Festivum" and different than other Farlowellas or Royal Farlowellas?

Look at the pictures of their tails and the long threads on the end. The threads can become extremely long; I have some with threads 3- 4", extending from the tail.

All of my Royal Farlowellas Earthworm Pellets, Algae Wafers, Lohachata's PlecoCaine, along with zucchini, squash and Romaine Lettuce. I use PlecoCaine for almost all of my tanks - you just canna beat it for an all round, inexpensive food for fish. Besides that, the fish love it!

The tanks are at approx 78 degrees and 7.6 pH.

Royal Farlowellas are a peaceful fish that spawn on the glass for viewing or on the intake of the HOB.

If you want to see some of my first spawns and a time line of the eggs hatching, click HERE.

I use quite of bit of air with all the Royal Farlowellas, no matter their size, as well as quite a bit of water movement. From the time they are in the tank as fry, free swimming, Royal Farlowellas are on and enjoying

Swampy's Cypress Driftwood.

This Auction includes Free Priority Mail Shipping!

Any other shipping options will be additional to theAuction Winning Price.

I suggest you email me prior to bidding if you need to know how much for other shipping options.

Since I want you to come to love the Royal Farlowellas as much as I do,

Live Arrival is Guaranteed if you are there to receive your fish.*

I ship out fish on Tuesdays and sometimes Saturdays. YOUR Ship Date will be based on YOUR WEATHER, MY WEATHER and whether there is BAD WEATHER in between. I like these fish too much to have them sitting in some mail hub waiting for the shipping routes to open back up.
