This includes heat/ice pack and insulation. I reserve the right to hold shipments if the weather is unsuitable for shipping for the health of the fish. All orders ship Monday-Wednesday so they do not get stuck over the weekend at the post office! My goal is to get your fish to you as fast as possible and in the best condition possible. I am a reasonable person and I try to make my customers happy. If you have fish that show up dead I require you to contact me within 2 hours of first delivery attempt. I will need pictures of the dead fish in the original packaging for a refund. SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE. It is a fee for their shipping services for your order.
