SHIPPING TERMS :

Bidder/buyer is responsible for paying to local trans-shipper for custom tax, handling fee and delivery box, domestic delivery fee and heat pack (if needed)

In general, Betta will be shipped oversea via trans-shippers�from Indonesia to your area.

When betta fish arrived the airport on your area, trans-shipper clears custom tax, repack (use heat pack if needed), email you to confirm delivery option and then deliver to your address after you have made directly payment.

Customers pay for local handling�fish +5 USD per fish for shipment from Indonesia to airport in your area.

You need to�pay�the local trans-shipper�for custom tax, delivery box, delivery fee (standard price), handling fee and heat pack (if needed). Total payment = fish cost +delivery to your Country ($5) + Trans-shipper fee ( typically USD 23 - 28 or more for priority mail, directly pay to trans-shipper when arrived)

For new buyer, the below information is about how we ship�fish to other countries; When fish arrived;

1. Trans-shipper clears custom tax at airport

2. Check betta's health condition

3. Email or call you to confirm delivery options

4. You confirm delivery option and make payment for customs, handling fee and domestic delivery.

5. Your fish will then be delivered!

In D.O.A (Death On Arrival) Case :

1. Sent me a clear picture of the dead fish in the�unopened�bag.

2.�Replacement the same grade but�you have to pay only re-shipping cost again.

3.�If choose refunding price, we only refunding price of fish exclude shipping fee.
