Description

This auction is for the Gold platinum dragon HMPK pair. All our Bettas are selectively imported from some of the best breeders in Thailand. They are already in the U.S., therefore we can get them to you very quickly. We only offer express shipping to make sure the fish get to you fast and safely. Live arrival is guaranteed! In case of DOA, a refund or replacement will be made to you. You can only claim for DOA on the first delivery attempt. We are not responsible for any losses due to delays by the service carrier. You must notify us of any DOA via email within an hour of delivery. After that, you'll have 24 hours to send us a couple of clear pictures of the dead fish inside the unopened bag. If your phone or camera cannot take clear pictures, you can take a short video between 10-15 seconds instead (a video is preferred either way). There will be no exceptions. Bidding means you have read and agreed to our DOA policies. We ship Monday through Thursday. USPS Express is $35.
