Priority mail is $15 for up to 5 fish (w/free 72 hour heat pack if needed). I have had few fatalities with priority mail so am offering a live guarantee on a trial bases (If I start to have lots of problems with doing this, I will go back to offering it only on express mail shipments). I usually ship out priority mail on Saturdays and the fish usually arrive on Monday or Tuesday (to most locations, if you want an estimated delivery time frame, with priority mail please e-mail your zipcode...). Live guarantee (Express or prioirty mail) is that the winning bid price will be refunded if the fish is DOA OR a fish of the same color/quality can be had as a replacement if one is available and if you pay shipping again. Shipping is non-refundable. If it is a multiple fish auction (if if different auction fish are shipped in the same box) and 1 out of 4 fish arrived DOA the winning bid price would be divided by four and that amount refunded etc. IF any fish are DOA, you must take a picture of the fish in the unopened bag as proof.
Express mail is $40 for up to 5 fish. May be able to fit more fish in box if you do not need a heat pack. Needs to be a buffer zone in box to avoid cooking the fish with a heat pack so can ony send up to 5 with one)
Payment must be made within 3 days of auction close. Contact must be made within 2 days or the fish will be relisted. Please feel free to ask any questions.
