Description

This auction is for 2 pairs of Long-Fin Electric Blue Rams (LFEBR). This is the first time that we have ever offered the LFEBRs for sale and our supply is very limited. This auction is for 2 pairs (2 males and 2 females) of breeding age Long Fin Electric Blue Rams. While we cannot guarantee "mated pairs" a number of these fish have already spawned in their grow-out tank, and several other "pairs" are clearly evident.

The photo in the ad is of the father of the fish being auctioned. The auction fish are about 4 months of age and fully (sexually) mature. While they are fully mature, their fins are not completely developed. The LF trait is among the last physical trait to develop in these fish. The sickle shaped tail is clearly evident in the photos, and the males are still developing the longer dorsal and ventral fin extensions, and again, these can be clearly seen in the photos.

They have been tank raised in local tap water (7 gh and ph of 7.2 - 7.4). We do not use R/O water, so acclimating them to your water conditions should be easy. They are eating brine shrimp, Bloodworms, Blackworms, Spectrum pellets and flake food.
