SOLD BY: AMERICAN OASIS AQUATICS, INC. This auction is for (8) Nickle Size Pinoy (4) Veil and (4) Standard Tail Angelfish. Buyer pays shipping cost of $25.00 USD shipped out via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days. Upon shipping, we will forward you the tracking number. All fish are placed into (2) 10x20 3-ply bags. Adult fish are placed into (3) 10x20 3-ply bags. All shipping boxes are lined with Styrofoam and will include a heat pack depending on the season. In the event fish are delivered DOA (dead on arrival), the buyer is to contact AOA, Inc. within an hour of the first delivery attempt to determine replacement options. The buyer is required to provide photo evidence of the fish purchased and the fish must still be in the original unopened plastic bag packaging. Option #1 AOA, Inc. will replace the fish (same type of fish in the original purchase). The buyer will be responsible for NEW shipping fees associated with the replacement. Option #2 AOA, Inc. will issue store credit for the original purchase price minus the shipping fees. SHIPPING OPTIONS AOA, Inc. offers Express shipping via the US Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. USPS is our preferred shipper. However, please contact AOA, Inc. at customersupport@AmericanOasisAquatics.com or 240-380-0270 to discuss other express service shipping fees. PAYMENT OPTIONS All major credit cards (VISA, Master Card & American Express) as well as PayPal are accepted. Added by the Seller on Wed May 6 19:48:09 2020:SHIPPING TIMEFRAME Buyer�s purchase will be shipped 7 days after the Seller (AOA, Inc.) receives �full� payment from the Buyer. All shipments require a delivery signature at shipping address provided by the buyer and printed on the billing/purchase invoice (transactions details). The Seller will provide Buyer with tracking information for shipments on the day shipped.
