Hello folks! Happy Friday everyone! This offering is for some MORE NICE Philippine Blue type Angels from Tamy over in Erie Pennsylvania! Once again I took photo's of all the actual fish and this strain is called Philippine Blue "Smokey's". We used to call this color variety of Angels "Chocolates" back in the covered wagon days when I was a kid. These have more of a greenish sheen to them than the blue sheen of the other varieties she dropped off a couple weeks ago. You are bidding on 5 of them and these are also what she calls Pre-breeding size. That means they have NOT shown signs of pairing off but they are real close to the age where they WILL be becoming interested in sex. Also in case anyone is wondering, so far all the fish I have sold and shipped out have arrived NICE which was a relief to me seeing I don't ship a lot of Angels and Tamy is counting on me to get the job done right. I also hope she is happy with the prices we are getting for them cuz they are a joy to have in the fish room and I certainly would like to sell angels of this quality on a semi- regular basis! Try not to get bogged down with one type of fish folks, if you get into a little bit of everything it keeps the hobby and all your tanks INTERESTING and it keeps your options open at all times. I don't like one certain type of anything over something else. What I like are HEALTHY, FAT, happy fish I can tell are of good quality. It seems as though ever since the larger chain fish stores made the scene the quality of fish had really want down hill in the hobby. Heck, I remember when Tiger Barbs actually had the proper amount of bars on them and all you had to do to turn the Males noses bright red was feed them some brine shrimp for a few days in a row. I haven't seen Tiger Barbs with the proper amount and length of bars on them in at least 20 years now. Oops I am trying to sell Tamy's Angelfish here not whine about chain store Tiger Barbs. You are bidding on a total of 5 of these fish and the photography container I used for them is 7 1/2 inches long by 6 inches tall. I am offering them as unsexed and I forgot what the odds of getting a Pr. is when buying 5 fish but I do know if you buy 6 fish the odds are 96.88% of the time you outta end up with at least 1 Pr. I also know I want Tamy to gear up and keep breeding these nice Philippine Angels so BID high so she doesn't have an excuse to start messing with Guppies! I will also include some QUALITY foods they have been eating here aggressively and perhaps something from my fish room if you allow me to ship in a timely manner AND there is room in the box. These Angelfish take up A LOT of SPACE in a shipping box. That's the one downfall of offering larger fish, but hey? I love this job so who am I to complain?
