Due to my work schedule I usually only ship out on Tuesdays. I email the tracking information when shipping labels are prepared.
I use professional packaging - styro containers or styro lined boxes, triple bagging with oxygen, extra insulation and heat packs to maintain a safe temperature.
Please be sure someone is home to accept delivery on the first attempt(do not expect to leave the box on your front porch till you get home from work - it's getting too cold!) and to safely acclimate the fish. The package may also need to be signed for.
Expect a delay in shipping if low temperatures are below 40 degrees anywhere on the transit route.
Shipping is within the continental US only.
| Your payment must be received by noon ET on Sunday to be shipped on Tuesday that week.
I only accept payments from US Paypal accounts or USPS money orders on shipped orders, cash for orders picked up locally.
I will send you an email after the auction closes with your total amount due and payment info. I do not send Paypal invoices.
Please do not bid if you are not prepared to forward payment within a few days after the auction closes. I do not have room to hold them. With temperatures getting colder, I will not be shipping much longer.
| You must take delivery on the first attempt & sign for the package if required.
You must email me a clear digital image of DOA fish in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery.
At my option, I will 1) offer a refund for the cost of the DOA fish only (pro-rated for the individual fish if applicable) or 2) offer a similar replacement when available. Extra or "free" fish included with the order will be considered as replacements first.
$20 for my shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If replacements are to be sent, an additional shipping fee of $20 will be required.
