THIS IS A CONSIGNMENT. Last month or so, I had an auction of fish from my buddy who's been "trying" to leave the hobby. These individuals are from him as well. What's interesting about this grouping is they're an outcross of his old Koi lineage (which according to him is a Rybicki via Toromanovic lineage) crossed with a House of Orange coveraged Sunset. Boy do they grow fast! Color wise - definitely impressive from body phenotype to colors, to say the least. Almost all have low white content and their depth is not bad at all considering they come from an outcross and are merely F1's. I may even keep some myself - rare for me since I do not bring Kois from the outside. I'll most likely start another independent lineage from mine if I decide to keep any. RECEEDING BLACK PIGMENTATION IN MY KOI LINEAGES

For those unfamiliar with my Kois, besides the fact that they were developed some 13yrs back independent of anyone else's lineage of kois (vis-a-vis using imported goldmarble and blushing stock), the majority of individuals sporting an excessively dark area above the la teral line upwards and/or has a solid posterior half-black- like pattern, will more than likely lose about 99% of black-peppering on the top half of either flanks and 20% to 95% of heavy black posterior markings. Below is a short video clip and accompanying pictorial which I collected over a 22 month period.

- Free shipping is via FedEx Home which is a ground service with a d elivery timeframe of generally 1 to 2 business days. Your order is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee on up to 48hrs.

- In rare instances FedEx Home will spit out a 72hr or on even rarer cases, 96hr delivery timerframes. You will be advised should this be the case and although transit time frames that go beyond 48hrs are not covered by the Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG), you may request to have it upgraded to a transit time that is. Only the difference between the non-LAG'able timeframe shipping cost and your selection IS a customer out of pocket and you will therefore find it as a line item on your bill.

- The 48hr. window is defined as the time-stamp of its having been physically registered at the car rier's premises to the time-stamp indicating its arrival at your premises or if an "office-to-office" delivery, the time it was registered after it was physically delivered to the destination carrier office plus a delay tolerance of 4 hrs. to give you a bit of leeway.
