The pair and offspring in the clip are the actual individuals for this auction. They were weaned late due to lack of space. They are currently P/UP sized (see size codes below) and are in the pre-phase 1 of color development. The first video is current as of last week. They're on crushed flakes but I still recommend freshly hatched brine shrimp. I don't recommend this for folks inexperienced with rearing this sized fish. They're still somewhat high maintenance and delicate even though they ship very well. Advantages of this size/quantity format: foremost, you get a good cross-section of the what the parent pair produces and therefore no negative surprises since the majority's ideal traits is tell-tale of the lineage; the higher the average quantity of a given color to white area ratio the better the odds or producing like ratios and better. Plus they're more inclined to spawning a bit soomer relative to purchasing larger fish since they've way acclimated to your water conditions by the time they hit sexual maturity. Lastly, and best yet, you have a good quantity of fish to select breeders from. End of auction additionals will be available. RECEEDING BLACK PIGMENTATION IN MY KOI LINEAGES

For those unfamiliar with my Kois, besides the fact that they were developed some 13yrs back independent of anyone else's lineage of kois (vis-a-vis using imported goldmarble and blushing stock), the majority of individuals sporting an excessively dark area above the lateral line upwards and/or has a solid posterior half-black- like pattern, will more than likely lose about 99% of black-peppering on the top half of either flanks and 20% to 95% of heavy black posterior markings. Below is a short video clip and accompanying pictorial which I collected over a 22 month period.

- In rare instances FedEx Home will spit out a 72hr or on even rarer cases, 96hr delivery timerframes.
