These 5 just about dime size kois are in their latent phase 2 to latent phase 3 of transitory color development(refer to the transition illustration below) and are betweem 50% to 95% colored (ratio against white pigment). The pictorial is accurate; they do have highly visible red-orange pigment already peeking out and priced appropriately. Rest assured, if your husbandry skills are fairly decent, they should continue developing out of their yellowish cast and should be a non-issue in a couple of months. But like any Koi with high amounts of inheritable coloration, the key to continuous color development is in direct proportion to quality care. So if you're up to the challenges of maintaining a healthy Koi environment, your efforts will not go unrewarded.
