Purchasing our angels this way have many advantages, foremost cost-effectiveness: cost to quantity of quality stock � a much better �bang for your buck�; selection flexibility: upon hitting sexual maturity you�ll have on hand a boat-load of highly colored adults to select your pairs from; acclimatized: pairs form quicker when their environment is one in which they have been raised in; ease of shipping and jet-lag rebound: in the 10yrs that I�ve been shipping angels I�ve found that smaller sizes are the most resilient and can withstand sustained amounts of time in the shipping bag (in this case 5 to 6 days).

The pictured pairs are the parent pairs of this auction�s stock. So far as environment and husbandry is concerned: use a tank sized no more than 10gal (preferably �bare-bottomed�), 1 cycled sponge (preferably cycled fishless for the best safeness - contact me if you need a procedure to follow) and 1 heater. They�ve been eating finely ground flakes but I highly suggest feeding them live baby brine shrimp on a regular basis (all fish from here, adults to free-swimmers are introduced to flakes; � on the contrary, they�re NEVER weaned completely from brine shrimp).

Parameterics: pH of 7.2 � 7.8, hardness of no more than 325ppm and no less than 150ppm (i.e. tap water is perfect � just make sure you de-chlorinate/de-chloramine it) and a temp of 80F. If you don�t feel that your husbandry technique isn�t up to par, you can always request guidance from me after the sale and I will make time for you.
