Shipping will be through FedEx. There will be Two options for shipping, FedEx overnight (live arrival guaranteed) around $60 , or FedEx Express Saver� 3 Day (live arrival NOT guaranteed) around $25. FedEx Express Saver� 3 Day will only be offered when low temperatures are 40F or above.

Refund Policy

Live arrival guarantee is offered up to 2 hours from the arrival of the fish. A clear video of the dead fish in unopened bag within 2 hours of FedEx showing the package has been delivered required for a refund otherwise the live arrival guarantee is voided. Refunds will only be offered on Overnight shipments. Refunds will be given as cash, or credit towards a future purchase.
