Description

Up for auction is an adult pair of the ultra-rare Macropodus ocellatus, the round tailed paradise fish. These are young, tank-raised fish that were born in June 2014. They're the siblings of the unsexed young ones that were up for auction last fall. This is an exceptionally cold tolerant species, great for ponds. The pair are healthy, eating anything that comes their way & will most likely begin spawning up a storm starting in May. These will be the last sexed pair I'll be offering for some time, perhaps ever. The ones you'll be getting are full grown & the male, when displaying, is truly spectacular The fish will be shipped in an insulated box; I'll add a heat pack free of charge if I feel it's necessary. Shipping is $16.00 by USPS priority mail or $40.00 for express. Live arrival is guaranteed only for orders shipped express.
