Description

Up for auction are a pair of Malpulutta kretseri, the Holy Grail of anabantoid enthusiasts, except for maybe Betta macrostoma. I've had this pair for some time & haven't had any success in breeding them, so I thought perhaps somebody else could give it a go. This species is threatened in the wild & is on the CARES list , so breeding them is imperative. The pair are young & healthy, are eating everything including some flake & occasionally disappear inside the breeding cave, but so far no fry have appeared. The fish will be shipped in breather bags in an insulated box. Shipping is $15.00 for USPS priority or $40.00 for express.
