6 Nice Daisy's Ricefish. FREE SHIPPING!!!

Description: Auction is for 6 healthy Daisy's Ricefish, Oryzias woworae. In my opinion, this is the most colorful rice fish species. The males have a metallic blue sheen on the body with red/orange lines on the sides of the caudal fin and above the anal fin, which has extended fin rays. Males display frequently, but do not damage each other. The females have some color too, but it is not as intense. This fish is very undemanding. They will eat anything and they breed like rabbits. I have collected well over 100 eggs from the mop in a single day. The fry are rather large and undemanding. CLICK HERE for a great ricefish article by the legendary Mike Hellweg.

Shipping & Small Print: I have been shipping fish since the early 90's, so I know how to get them to you alive. I take great care and pride in my shipping methods. My goal is to give you the best experience possible...just check my feedback. However, while I ALWAYS fully guarantee my fish will arrive hale and hearty, the summer heat has well and truely arrived and, if the fish sit outside for any leingth of time, it will turn them into soup no matter how carefully I pack them. To prevent this, I require a pic of any deceased fish be emailed to me within one hour of delivery. After an hour, I assume they were neglected on a sunny porch and baked into a culinary delight.
